Note: Teflon heaters (coated with fluoropolymer/Teflon), due to their properties, can be used in practically any corrosive environments; for this reason they are appropriate for use on any bath indicated in the table. The one exception is the bath with flurohydric (hydrogen fluoride) acid.

Heater with additional finning

Surface output capability - 5W/sm2
Maximum power/voltage - 1000 W/240V
Length of working (immersion) part - 320 mm.
Total height - 500 mm

Properties:

Made of high alloy with the addition of titanium and zirconium, which permit the use of these heaters with hot alkaline solutions. The heaters can be used with additional overheat controls and temperature detectors. The presence of finning allows for an increase in the area of surface and, as a consequence, for the power of electric heater to be lowered by 2-2.5 times. Inner diameter of rod: 25 mm (1000W/240V); 30 mm (2500W/380V); 45 mm (5000W/380V).
Corresponds to all international safety standards.

Titanium heater

Surface output capability - 4W/sm2
Maximum power/voltage - 1000 W/240V
Length of working (immersion) part - 135 mm.
Total height - 270 mm

Properties:

This heater has a titanium casing, which allows these heaters to be used with hot alkaline solutions. The heaters can be used with additional overheat controls and temperature detectors. Thanks to the high degree of chemical and corrosion resistant firmness of the titanium, such heaters are used extensively for the heating of highly corrosive solutions, as well as during chroming, chemical and electrochemical nickel-plating, gold-plating etc.
Corresponds to all international safety standards.

Quartzous heater

Per-unit-area power - 4,5 W/cm2
Maximum power/voltage - 1000 W/240V
Length of working (immersion) part - 180 mm.
Total height - 280 mm=

Properties:

This heater is useful in all corrosive environments, except with a solution of hydrofluoric acid and strong alkaline solutions, i.e. during a long process, when such solutions can dissolve the surface of a quartz heater. These heaters can be used with additional overheat controls and temperature detectors.
Corresponds to all international safety standards.

Teflon heater (L-type, with snail tube), with safety cut off

Per-unit-area power - 1,5 W/cm2
Maximum power/voltage - 1000 W/240V
Length of working (immersion) part - 155 mm.
Total height - 305 mm

Properties:

The heater’s rod is made of high quality alloy steel and has a thick Teflon coating, which makes the heater corrosion-resistant and usable with any (corroding and acid) liquid.
During the process of the immersion of heater, it is necessary to monitor it closely after dipping: a solution, which has run onto the part of heater above the certain heating zone, can cause active evaporation, resulting in the drying up and cracking of the Teflon coating. Thanks to the high degree of chemical and corrosion resistant firmness of such coverings, these heaters are used extensively for the heating of highly corrosive solutions, including during electropolishing, chroming, chemical and electrochemical nickel-plating, gold-plating, silver-plating and other frequently used processes of cathode electro-deposition.
Corresponds to all international safety standards.

Teflon heater (L-type, with one spiral tube), with safety cut off

Per-unit-area power – 5-6 W/cm2
Maximum power/voltage - 1000 W/240V
Length of working (immersion) part - 205 mm.
Total height - 305 mm

Properties:

These heaters can be additionally equipped with a detector, which offers the possibility of permanent electrolytic solution temperature measurement. The use of a single-duty control allows the temperature between the heater casings made of alloy steel and Teflon coating to be controlled, which essentially limits the risk of fires developing. These heaters can be hung on the side wall of a storage container.
Thanks to the high degree of chemical and corrosion resistant firmness of such coverings, they are used extensively in the heating of high corrosive solutions, during electropolishing, chroming, chemical and electrochemical nickel-plating, gold-plating, silver-plating and other frequently used processes of cathode electro-deposition. Inner diameter of rod: 25 mm (1000W/240V); 32 mm (2500W/380V); 45 mm (5000W/380V).
Corresponds to all international safety standards.

Teflon heater (with riser tubes), with safety cut off

Per-unit-area power – 5-6 W/cm2
Maximum power/voltage - 1000 W/240V
Length of working (immersion) part - 230 mm.
Total height - 430 mm

Properties:

Depending on the place of the equipment’s installation, the properties of the chemicals, and the material of the processed part, you need to choose the most suitable diameter of heater and its maximum output capability. Diameter range: 11mm, 17 mm, 25 mm, 30 mm, 32 mm, 45 mm, 50 mm.

A transducer of temperature measuring can be installed on these heaters. The use of a single-duty control allows the temperature between a heater made of alloy steel and the Teflon coating itself to be controlled, which essentially limits the risk of fires developing. The heater can be installed on the side walls of a storage container. Thanks to the high degree of chemical and corrosion resistant firmness of such of coverings, these heaters are used extensively in the heating of high corrosive solutions, during electropolishing, chroming, chemical and electrochemical nickel-plating, gold-plating, silver-plating and other frequently used solutions. Inner diameter of rod: 25 mm (1000W/240V); 32 mm (2500W/380V); 45 mm (5000W/380V).
Corresponds to all international safety standards.
