"META- CHROME/Pro" Chemical Metallization facility is specially designed and easy to operate spraying equipment, used to produce mirror metal coatings with a high reflectivity. The equipment in question embodies the most recent developments and technical solutions, based on many years' of practical and scientific experience in the field of chemical metallization. In contrast to existing market counterparts, a new equipment model implemented the ability to control especially important aspects which influence to the quality and deposition rate reflecting metal layer. Using a frame basis of structural aluminum reduced the weight of the equipment and created the possibility of disassembly in order to reduce the size of the equipment during transportation.
The application of mirror metal coatings through the chemical metallization technique is a perfect alternative to other metallization techniques, where implementing a metallization process and applying glass like metal coatings is either impossible or unprofitable, due to the high cost, large dimensions, surface structure characteristics, and environmental issues.

Water used for chemical metallization process should be very clean. Conductivity of the water should not exceed a value of 9 micro Siemens.
The use of the device for producing ultra-pure water by reverse osmosis with a 5-stage filtration system manufactured by our company does not require the cost of electricity needed for example to get distilled water and allows the water conductivity 0.5-1 mS, which is ideal for making working solution and washing the surface during the chemical plating. To test the conductivity of the water use the included conductivity meter.
