First of all using standard spraying equipment you apply to the detail surface several layers of binder "CH.301 / c" to produce a smooth homogeneous binder cover. After drying of the binder using the chemical metallization equipment "META-HROM/Pro" you spray to the surface of the product specially prepared chemical reagents formed during chemical reaction white mirror metallic coating. After that, to protect the reflecting metal coating from tarnishing and mechanical wear on the surface of the product is applied several layers of protective lacquer "CV.101 / s."
Step 1: Application of the binder
(The standard paint sprayer is used)
Firstly, the surface is sprayed with a few coats of the binder CH.301/с, until a smooth, glass like coating has formed on the surface. This coating will be highly glossy. After drying, the binder becomes "active" to the layer of metal-plating, providing it with high speeds of deposition, particularly adhesion, and a mirror like gloss of the metallic coating.
Step 2: Chemical metallization
(Using chemical metallization equipment "META-CHROME")
First of all, the surface is activated by spraying it with "CT.2516" activator. Immediately after this, the processed item should be washed with distilled or de-ionized water, and the surface simultaneously sprayed with the modifier chemicals "META-CHROME" and conditioners "AB/101" & "AB/202", which, as a result of the chemical reaction, form a snow-white, mirror like metallic coating.
Step 3: Application of the protective lacquer
(Using standard paint spraying equipment)
To protect the mirror like metallic coating against fading and mechanical wear, the surface of the processed item is treated with a few coats of the protective lacquer СВ.101/с. A certain amount of coloring pigmented toners can be added to the protective lacquer, to give the item surface any of the desired colors or tints, including the appearance of metals and alloys such as chrome, gold, copper, bronze, and many others.
