Usage of this kit will allow you to make a precise copy of different objects made from various metals.

Before starting work, the surface of object which you want to copy should be thoroughly cleaned and degreased. After that, the surface should be covered by a special polymer spray that serves as a separating layer, which will facilitate the further removal of silicon from the surface of the copied object. Then, the object is covered with silicone rubber, which is, after all, the preparatory base for future copies. After drying and polymerization, the rubber matrix it separated from the model and sprayed with conductive lacquer. After drying the conductive paint, the product is processed in the copper electrolyte. This process is carried out at a low current, which provides the elasticity of the deposited metal. Finally, the copy is washed and immersed in a solution to complete the electroformed copper plating.
