Our company offers a broad range of power supplies used in different metallization processes. Made from high quality parts, these power supplies have acquired a reputation as highly dependable devices, whose differentiating features include their compact shape, high accuracy of output, and low impulse constituent (voltage or current). The devices are certified and have an established system of warranty and post-warranty service.

These devices can act as stabilizers of output voltage and output current, and are fitted with manual current and voltage regulators, analogue indicators of output, and visual indication devices to show emergency situations and overheating. During their operation the user can regulate output voltage (current) according to the size of the item being processed and the requirements of the technological process.

The power component of these devices is made from high voltage and strong current IGBT modules, manageable with a pulse width modulation (PWM) regulator. The use of IGBT modules allows parasitic loses at low-frequency transformations to be avoided, and enhances efficiency by up to 90%, which helps in saving energy and lowering the network current load. The achievement of such high efficiency allows heat losses to be avoided, which as a result relieves the pressure on the cooling system. All the plating power supplies of this series are air cooled (by single or double electric fans).

If so desired, the power transformers can be additionally equipped with programming modules, allowing the device to function fully automatically and with reversing devices, allowing a change in polarity depending on the requirements of the technological process.

Advantages of these power supplies:

The high-frequency regulator is protected from overheating, current overload and the short-circuiting of output contacts, which helps avoid various types of device damage, caused by external factors.
The option to use any of the standard programs included in the list, stored in the memory block, in the execution of the metallization process. Standard programs are specially developed and optimized for the more frequently repeated processes used in galvanic production.
The possibility to program functional regimes on the device, time intervals between the flow of direct and reverse output current (switching of output voltage polarity), to configure the necessary values in the program for each of the time intervals, direct output voltage (current) and reverse output voltage (current).
