Fine chemical activator is used for the "finishing" treatment of the metallic surface, the removal of residual oxides, and the formation of micro roughness of the surface.
It perfectly clarifies a metallic surface, possesses good degreasing properties and produces a decreased etching effect. Unlike similar compounds, it does not contain strong alkali or acid solutions. The chemical activation process does not require special heaters, and should be carried out at the room temperature.
Usage
The compound is used for the activation of the metallic surfaces
GENERAL DATA. Working temperature of solution: 18-28°С. Duration of treatment of metallic surface: 30-60 seconds. Five liters of solution allows you to process a metallic surface with a total area of 10-11 m2.
